Lost Cause

broke every deal i ever made blew every pay cheque ever payed then i lie and lie again i say your in my dreams well it aint how it seems the truth will only cause you pain i been face down in the dirt blood stains on my shirt oh to help me is in vain im a lost cause carry me take the car the road is now clear you can drive im on the beer il do the next run like i always say give me pain il feel it give me money il steel it wont be long till i get pay i have a dream one day il get clean mabey red will turn to green im a lost cause carry me feel summer rain on my face tapps my window like fallen grace hope for passion to embrace it give me ration be sure to lace it take your time its not a race when summer fades to the autum and the leaves have all fallen for the next spring save ther place im a lost cause carry me broke down amoung my peers let them know all my feers expecting help from every one tears like rain across my face dont matter colour creed or race just help me come un done got one tight chest having trouble breathing just guess the rest think i need blest the war is lost but the battle is won im a lost cause carry me
