Loss

Your face haunts my dreams, although I don't truly see, The beautiful, beautiful caring face, that it used to be. Your words are repeted My feeling they do not spare. I wonder why it ended. And created this nightmare. Everything around me, Is a reminder of you. If I cannot leave here, I wonder what I'll do. My chest aches with each memory, Why can no one see, That when there is no you, There isn't any me. So now I just lay here, As it begins to snow. And hope that you don't miss me, But if you do I'll never know.

That when there is no you, There isn't any me. I really like these two lines. Nice poem. I'm sorry for your loss.
