Lord of Heaven
The LORD of heaven came to earth, to live as lowly man.
He clothed Himself with flesh and blood, for His eternal plan
was that He should be crucified and die in sinners' place,
that He might teach them of His love and save them by His grace.
For He the Life and Light of day could not remain in death.
He rose from darkness of the gloom, to draw again His breath.
He rolled away the heavy stone, and left an empty grave.
Ascended back to claim the throne, and souls that He would save.
