LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY WORK AND LABOUR OF LOVE'S REWARDER
December 7 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Hebrews 6-8
Key Verse– Hebrews 6:10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY WORK AND LABOUR OF LOVE’S REWARDER
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your omnipotent resurrection
Thank You for Your enlightenment and illumination
Always teaching me Your truth by Your Word’s persuasion
To establish me in Your ministering compassion.
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your hope-braced assurance
Thank You for Your inheritance-promises that anchor my patient endurance
Always confirming to me Your counsel’s immutability, conquering ignorance
To uphold me by Your steadfast forbearance.
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your continual kingship
Thank You for Your reaching-down relationship
with Your offered salvation-fellowship
Always counting me privileged to enjoy Your entrusted stewardship
To let me profit in Your discipleship of worship-propped partnership.
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your caring fatherhood
Thank You for Your guidance as I seek You in my believer’s priesthood
Always allowing me to maximize divine opportunities along my sainthood
To propel me by Your commandments in my obedience of servanthood.
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your oath’s fulfillment
Thank You for Your surety of unchangeable testament
Always protecting me from corruption’s defilement
To consecrate me as I sacrifice with my dedicated commitment.
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your honourable majesty
Thank You for Your sanctuary-tabernacle for my offerings’ sincerity
Always cheering me to give my all according to Your pattern of honesty
To bless me and my faith while practicing excellence
in my duty and responsibility.
Lord God, You are my work and labour of love’s Rewarder
upon Your faultless covenant
Thank You for Your Scriptural principles, eternally dominant
Always instructing me to stay in Your holiness,
and avoid sins, so grievously repugnant
To safeguard me from decaying vanity
that makes my devotion cold and stagnant.
