LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY QUESTIONS’ ANSWER Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your wisdom’s might Thank You for calling me to withdraw from futile worldly delight Caring for my inquiries with Your responses verily right Cleansing me from sin-afflictions’ blight. Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your command to turn from iniquity Thank You for causing me to fulfill my commitment with sincerity Curbing my earthly pleasures for eternal prosperity Creating in me Your virtuous beauty. Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your instruction that exalts Your name Thank You for catching me from dropping to hell-bottom’s flame Covering my shame by Your grace-filled fame Comforting me around Your salvation’s frame. Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your kind loving heart Thank You for clasping me with Your sealing goodness against evil dart Carving my personality to exude Your divine part Counselling me well so from Your will I must not depart. Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your tender mercy Thank You for coming to me with Your compassion’s clemency Considering my works along Your granted diligence-fervency Correcting me from pride so I can excel in Your power’s excellency. Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your doctrines' ordinances Thank You for clothing me with teachings’ purposes Curtailing my vanities toward heavenly influences Chastening me of my unbelief, doubts, and offences. Lord God, You are my questions’ Answer by Your truth’s Bible foundation Thank You for connecting me to Your treasures’ provision Coaching my behavior through Your direction Consoling me of my desolation with Your satisfaction.
