Long Journey
The last ray of sun in the west
Cast red onto cobalt
Clouds, long journey into sunset
As tears flow, I taste salt
What does one do when a child goes
astray, does one disown
him or pray fo a much better
day, hoping chances not flown?
The grass looked greener over there.
Then he found himself atop
a septic tank. Does one say see
we knew crash course non-stop?
It's according to the person's
age, how one handles it.
At this age, I will pray every
day, I'll just bite the bit.
The outcome good or bad we'll soon
know, how my heart aches though.
God, "Please in your mercy touch him".
Let Love's spirit flow!
