Logy

Desert air so sweet, so dear Standing in the radiance of the sand Glistening in the sun Traveling through barren lands Visiting forgotten people Transfixed in turquoise stain-glass steeples Venturing in the arms of desert creatures Sun drenched in desert wonder With skin the color copper Following the footsteps of my people I stop to listen to the crowing of the dawn.
