Is this sky the utmost limit as many say? To go above it, there should be another way. If one fears the ocean, how could he sail through it? Trust is a must if one wills, from life not to quit. If health is true wealth - should one neglect one's physique? Training of mind and body is the true technique. Is depression causing anxious desperateness? Track your travels through ethical connectedness. Is emptiness filling you? Loneliness frightens?
