Living In a Healthy Way

I've done my work out for the day Instead of all those games I play The treadmill it did beckon me So I put aside my cup of tea I went outside, jumped on my machine In my yard midst trees so green Ten minutes down the track I knew That was all I cared to do At least I made the effort though It kind of made my body glow I'm going to do this every day And live my life in a healthy way

Hi Muhammed as I said in my last comment, we try to live as healthy as we can, I may be 75 nearly but I feel like I am in my 30's or 40's sometimes, thank you for the lovely comment and take care......Vera

Can you imagine the two of us sitting outside with a cuppa, we won't stop talking, I feel sorry for the guys, but we can send them off down to the lake. Love the thought.... take care my sis.

Dear Vera Hey I didn't win today either so, we'll just have to keep trying to win that lottery dream, that you inspired from me sis! I'm so glad you liked our poem, one day sis we will meet in person, and oh what fun we'll have. I've got hope for this beautiful day to come our way, you can show me all the beautiful places that you and Peter write about. Thomas and Peter can talk in hang out in the gardens, and go exploring in the outback, what a wonderful place you live in, love ya cheri

Dear Vera This is funny, I've been looking for a second hand bike, and have been eating healthier, now if I could get Thomas to do the same, I'd be set. It's funny scense he has been off work he is learning more about me. He says he wonders who I am. LOL Well just wait until this summer, I got alot planned for this man, he will discover alot more about the woman he's been with for 26 years now, that he never knew, lol, love this piece Vera, great job, cheri

Cheryl did you get that bike, what you need is to come over here and spend some time on the treadmill with me and we can get fit together, yesterday I went for a walk instead and I didn't enjoy it as much as the treadmill and it also made my knees ache, so I will stick to the treadmill, we have always eaten healthy, will drop you a line in the next couple of days, take care my dearest friend........Vera

Anne Lise, first of all how are you and thank you so much for the lovely comment , yes we do have a nice garden but it does get a bit messy at times, Peter can be very untidy and It takes me all my time to clean up after him, but I do keep on top of it, how long for I don't know, but anyway we still enjoy it, take care my friend........Vera
