Living In a Bubble
I’m living in a ‘bubble’
It’s protecting me from trouble
The bubble has a skin
The bad things can’t get in
I’m surrounded by good friends
I hope their friendship never ends
They are keeping me afloat
Please God don’t rock the boat
They are keeping me quite sane
I hope this state will remain
Bad times lie ahead
I know that in my head
It is shielding me from harm
My rainbow bubble has its charm
It surrounds me with comfort and love
It was sent from heaven above
I need my bubble not to burst
When my news is at its worst
So please don’t find a pin
And make those bad things pour right in
