Lipstick Divine

Leaving a print on coffee cups and cigarettes as well making a mark on societies deluxe casting shallow spells looking to the front row to spot what they have on at a Hollywood picture show she leaves that print for fun mirrors, mirrors in the hall and in every single room sashaying by them on the wall resembling Cinderella's broom while she lays upon a daybed linens to display she sleeps alone detailed and has no one to play this decision is her own for she doesn't prefer a muss he abides by her rules in silent tone to avoid a fuss she'll act in this way upon the glass domains until it crackles as does sway lipstick divine remains

I am joying reading many of your newer poems. This one is so cute. They say, they are not selling lipsticks like they did because of the masks and many not going to work/out. Love how your pen writes. Have a blessed day........................

Hi Angela, she sounds like a lonely individual and self centered. Great poem. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Back in the 50s, teenage girls and starlets bragged about how many coats of lipstick they were wearing - and marking collars, mirrors, napkins, and just about everything/everyone else! Please do NOT revive that fad! Aloha! Rico
