each day is a journey with mountains to climb but I tend to l i n g e r on the way. . . to touch a fragrant wildflower and listen to birds sing oh- I lay in meadows dreaming and gaze at clouds drifting in the azure and in cool streams, I wiggle my toes then at the end of the day I fall back down to earth- only to begin the journey again tomorrow . . . _________________________ September 23, 2016 Poetry/Verse/lingering Copyright Protected, ID 16-831-967-0 All Rights Reserved.
