Linda

Linda You have come into my life, bright and curious, you tried to shine some light into those black recesses, those dark corners, caves of my being, and in some ways created waves that stirred life from what has lain dormant for so long, try to remember, I can’t. Curiosity became the dream, it did seem, of all that I, at one time, had been. That dream, in turn, becomes the hope to stop that slow slide, down that slippery slope towards the future you could see, want to realize, want me to be a part of and help you materialize, you could visualize but I have become a disillusionment. A shatterer of dreams, of hopes, a disappointment I see, I hear, I feel in your reaction to most of my thoughtless actions without signs of, without satisfaction from any or all of my reactions. So my Dear, never fear, for here, I will be, your friend until that day comes, when you decide to bring an end to what we do have, do share and do enjoy. Until that time comes, - when we need to be coy, no longer have, no longer share, no longer employ all that once gave us a measure of joy. Long after, when the road reaches that bend and separate ways we shall go, - I’ll still be your boy toy. B. J. “A ” 2 March 7th 2003
