Lily On the Lake
Pretty little lily out upon the lake
I'm in love with your perfect smile
and every petal that you shake
Floating amongst the opalescent hue
on this peaceful autumn morn
I'm drifting away with you
Pretty little lily wearing your best white dress
I can sit and gaze at you for hours
and all my hopes and wishes I'll profess
Reflection of beauty is all that I see
in the ripples you're winking
your eye so softly at me
