LIGHT THE DARK POND fingertips caress still waters the moon obscured by clouds stars dim the sun rises glare binds our eyes blood boils in hellfire crows gather teardrops are shed speak to me of lies tell me not that with the night so too has your love died

Ah! If you have not been to Dr. King's church in Atlanta, I must warn you when you go, you will hear his voice because they pipe it in. It made my hair stand on end, I was so glad to hear him again! Well done, Kevin!

"float through a limp lazy day" is such a great word picture! Your words are wonderful, and they gel well together.

A beautiful missive for a wall flower, and we have all been there at one time or another. The feelings ooze out of this poem, Sil.
