You shouldn't Just kidding Only lift if you want it toned or build muscles Yeah muscleman Do you lift it - in and out? Don't know what that is for But you know what Do you lift up when talking to someone? You should - you are adding something Do you lift high? High and bye When you don't lift? When you need someone to carry the load for you When you are downtrodden and need a breather When you are tired of everything and want to forget it God would lift you up Just like you would lift others up A fun, cheering smile will do the trick The hug and wave of goodbye would lift somebody's spirit The incredible sound of your voice will send someone to the outer moon The laugh, the cheer will make someone's day like a bright tomato - juicy and full of seeds lol Anyway - lift, okay? You have the power to lift yourself and someone too So don't be sly, snide, gride Heed the Word - heal And lift off
