Life's Pattern
Life sometimes offers choices
a part of every day we live,
with hope and faith to give.
There may be unmet needs in life
that need to fill that undefined void inside.
Life itself is a speculation,
perhaps one will succeed, or not,
in every human mind there is a spark,
some see the light
some stumble in the dark.
Life never would be quite the same
without the inner needs
for love and hope, faith and peace
and to help the heart to understand
if we reach out, He shall offer His hand.
Life is made of contrast, bitter and sweet
with rain bowed skies of hope and love,
a gift that comes from above
and when our earthly life is through
life in heaven we shall ensue.
