Life Is Not a Game
Life is not a game
Friendships aren’t a game
Love is not a game
When did it become,
That intimate living turns into a game?
Winning and losing
Jealousy and competition
Conversations in circles
No responsibility taken
Cruel manipulation
How did it become a game?
A game that hurts
Confusing the mind
Breaking the heart
Destroying trust
Playing with lives
Playing with minds
Playing with no true empathy
Holding all the cards
Trying to control everything
Eventually, those who play, lose
The very game they created
