Life In a Snow Globe

Gentle snow falls softly sailing on a nonchalant breeze. Angels appear at the behest of playful children as layers grow on railings and rooftops. Stalwart evergreens sway to a rhythm while the swirling vortex of flakes smothers everything. Calm hits and we breathe relief until the next shake of this globe in the winter that won’t end.

Thanks so much Jennifer; we have had a white winter and now that snow is turning into flood waters. Can't win with Mother Nature, lol. Have a great day.

Your poem expresses the never ending winter so many have had to endure with a tease of a warm day popping up, only to be smothered in snow once again. I loved this Phillip. Congratulations on your win! : )

Thanks Heidi, yes the snow keeps coming 15cm last night and another 15 the night before. The drifts are so high it is dangerous. Have a great day.
