Life By the Pond

I live in a cozy pocket just north of a big city and outside my window I see something pretty. It is a pond where the Canadian geese live. It is a pond where the water life gives. I've seen one or two mallards in the pond outside my living room door. I do wish that they would come around just a little bit more.

I really do live by said pond. The apartment community we live in brags "pond views" and by apartment has ring side view of the biggest pond in the area!
