Obstacles and challenges Line the way We can only handle life As it comes day by day Our accomplishments Our defeats What we wear What we eat Shape who we are And who we want to be Sometimes we need a break Time to just take a seat Everyone has problems But we try to love the day Life isn’t easy At all, in any way From your childhood To your teens We encounter Many fiends Once you hit adulthood Nothing is the same We try to run the bases Cause life is just a game We get thrown out We get out on strikes Sometimes we take a base But that is just life Life may be hard But you must never forget No matter what is thrown your way There was a before and there’s a next Life happens for a reason We can’t deny it Every day, we are faced with something new We must not forget to try it Life has emotions From the laughter to the tears Although, we hope to laugh more than cry In our, hopefully, many years Life is hard Sometimes we want to be done But remember, in the end It’s all its own fun Live life to the fullest From the beginning to the end And always remember to love and Never forget your friends We must live life Take it day by day When all is done Everything will be okay
