Life
Life, like a coin,
Heads you live, tails you live,
But in the bitter-sweet end,
We all die.
Life, like time,
As day dawns, and night falls,
Whether midday or midnight,
We all fall in love.
Life, like an orange,
Sweet inside, outside sour,
Get through the bad to get to the good,
We all suffer.
Life, like a door,
The known you’re in, the unknown beyond,
Either way you swing it, you’ll have to walk through it,
We all live.
