Sometimes we view ourselves As victims of our circumstances, Because we haven't stopped rehearsing the past; This often causes our thoughts to take us to gates For which we'll never earn the right to enter.

“Rehearsing the past.” What a fantastic metaphor for dwelling and over analysing the past. This is something that I have been very guilty of lately. Thank you so much for your inspirational write; you have just helped me to move on my friend. Alan.
