Let the Dawn Make It Through
E-arly light has shown up,
R-ise of the sun begins;
N-ew morn has broken,
E-vening raindrop ends.
S-hadows have passed by
T-o let the beacon shine;
O-ne beautiful fresh day that's also fair and fine.
C-old chill has disappeared,
A-pril eighteenth won't make you cry;
I-nclement clime turns good,
N-eath the wide blue sky.
G-ray clouds up above
A-re nowhere in view;
T-wilight is now leaving to let the dawn make it through.
