Let Me In

I see the sunshine in your smile Makes me want to rub your bottom lip Didn’t see that smirk for awhile Seemed liked mine wasn’t letting you in Maybe we’re perfect strangers And we don’t need to see eye to eye Maybe we’re helping each other escape When did you suddenly become the good guy We remain nameless Just bodies walking side by side Until I sink into your seat And our feelings collides Open the door I’m knocking so you’ll be the one to give me more I want to hear you, when you forget you’re talking to me It’ll take time for me to set fire to you from the ground floor I’m no princess My crown is falling Reign over me, my heart is dissolving Stop stonewalling when I come calling

Sometimes the hardest thing is getting others to let you into their heart. Whether that heart is broken, or owned by another. In this case I can only imagine where the other heart is in this matter. Well wrote, thanks for sharing.
