Let It Out

We've all been there before feeling the pain, Whatever it is from, we've felt the stab in our heart, Is this pain normal? We ask hoping to not be insane, Our mind asks the questions trying to tear us apart. In continues to build, the pain becoming so intense, You know that you'll snap soon if you don't make it through, It builds to the point where you hold your breath in suspense, Life sometimes gets so bad, nobody any longer belives in you. Your eyes begin to fill with tears, Your heart even painfully skips a beat, You think of all the pain filled years, You cry until the tears hit your feet, Now finally you can let go of your fears, And smile at everyone you may meet. Now it is such a change from before, When you don't know what you're fighting for, And you don't know what you life is about, Sometimes we all just need to let it out.
