Let It Be Known
Let it be known, O Lord,
Your mighty strength, power and great mercy
Let it be shown, O Lord,
how You brought everything into existence,
made all things come to be
O that man was wise enough to see,
O that he would hear and believe
You alone, O Lord, fashioned the hearts,
and only You O Lord can melt the stony parts
You, my God, are the anchor of my soul,
keeping me from drifting away into oblivion
Let it be known, here in this place,
let it be known, now and forever
Thou hast always handled Thy creation with loving care
Now sittest Thou on Thy throne awaiting us,
at rest in the future ---
and we traveling in this lifetime, hoping to one day get there
and bow before Thee in Thy holy judgement chair
