Lemon of My Eye
Sometimes I'm yellow
On deep waters of mellow
My heart not shallow
Born for you without a hollow
The scent of the meadow
Walking without your shadow
Over my head is a sparrow
Flying with clouds, casting out your rainbow
My feet dipped on a river that flow
Your pictures on surface show
Your memories in a row
My strong heart beats so slow
Your last "hello" I cannot throw
Winds encircling me that blow
Under the skies I am below
Sticking on the ground like snow
You're my one and only you know
You're the reason why I grow
How will you know
My blood pressure goes low
Your time I cannot borrow
Leaving me here like a crow
Your eyes in me will always show
Your shadows in me I'll follow
You're the lemon of my eye for tomorrow
Yesterday and today, my everlasting willow
