Left Undone

We thought we had forever So much left undone A trip to New York City And drawling 101 You had so much left to teach me I had so much more to learn How can you be gone When all I want is your return I think of all the memories And all things we’ve done All-nighters on my birthday Staying up and having fun You were always on my side Even when I wasn’t right You told things would be okay Everything would be alright I’ll remember all the lessons You taught me and never knew I wish that you could know How I want to be like you
