Learn

It's worth understanding
That nothing is everlasting
As time continues passing
It was a good or bad thing
As folks continued clashing
Life seemed to be rather contrasting
Took many hard falls, no padding
Others laughing
Ready to give another lashing
The pot continuing to stir
When will people ever learn
There really is a point of no return
Some suggested it
Others questioned it
And there was those that resented it
Regarding life, I'm trying to make the best of it
From here to Mount Everest
Among every one of the elements
Haven't quite yet reached successfulness
Too much restlessness
And recklessness
Among harmless animals and species that are venomous
Feel blessed to live
It'd do you some good to remember this
That is does not end well if there is negligence
With most things there are various steps to it
If you truly want to reach the precipice
It'll take willpower, and intelligence
Especially when it is treacherous
During the exodus
Always seems like there is just no end to it
There so quick to accuse with little, if any evidence
It was overlooked, or took serious with emphasis
During times of prosperity or pestilence
One thing that is evident
A lot of things remain indefinite
