Last Night

Strong dilemma pitching at my tent Revving, roaring. Every night feels the heat Storming, pulsating. Showers quiet by rest Undulating plateau escalating fantasy Ecstasy delayed for tomorrow’s gratification Should I do it? A billion dollar question you may ask Sleeping insomnia, perfect blanket fitting gloves Even against my wish, must it be done? Nerves standing like grown man low Wanting rest from yonder Gently the tune starts to play Get me bodied Height surmounted by the low soldiers Broken lose by staccato heartbeat Yet I beat myself very morning Wishing I hadn’t done the bidding of yesterday
