LAST DAYS WITH MY DAD You adopted us giving love A mom & Dad & star above We grew with a future of our own Never left to do it alone Then it happened last year When you fell We all rushed to be there As you went through hell I felt I was at a loss As you laid there & tossed You, holding on saying goodbye Days later, you’re still alive Back & forth you came There was so much pain Finding out who you are As my tears begin to fall Last days with my dad I never really understood you Feeling so deep & sad Now I really do…..
