Lashing Out

Lashing out in a huff gives hug 'Til deep within a scar he dug Life with a angry~happy man A fake smile saying life is grand While in the kitchen the wife cooks Getting by with hook or crook As she pours sweet Pine~Sol too Smell the savory scent of stew Holding a hot coal to calm nerves Anger dispersed throughout swerve Acidic antidote poured out Ruined the vessel's long strong spout Living with angry~happy man From outside life looked all time grand Sponsor: Sheri Fresonke Harper Contest: Jutapose Oddly Written: November 05, 2013

Sara.......I must say, this is absolutely superb. It will do very well, indeed. Often..all that anger gets bottled up inside, and one never ones when that final spark will bring about a tragedy. Thanks for sharing this, my dear! hugs!
