For the 'Ethereal Lanterns ' Poetry Contest of Ink Empress

full will the moon be soon - the seasonal glow may the light of the moon be absorbed by all may we look to sky and steal the shine of stars may prayers be answered and suffering end let this spring’s rebirth be humanity’s too

Dear andrea, what a magical lanterne, that flows with such ethereal imagery, soul warming with a spiritual touch that would lift any heart with your words that are so heartfelt and touching, i love the way youv used the moon and stars and slight alliterations in this form, which may not always allow one to use poetic techniques and the way youv painted imagery too is beautiful! Made my heart smile! Pleasure reading this, thank you for sharing your take on the prompt, congratulations on your win

And Easter will soon be with us. Thanks for good poem, Andrea. But humanity, if reborn, will still be what it is: some good people and a lot of horrors. They'll all continue. I suppose God loves this.

I don't think God loves this at all. But the snti-Christ sure does! Maybe I interpreted wrong what you were saying?

Beautiful writing, Andrea... it was really 'ethereal'- I almost felt it.

thanks, Sara. At first I thought she actually wanted lanterne poetry but I later realized she had said lantern without an E. But i still wanted to do this way

It has an interesting design sort of like tiled shingled roof. Thanks for sharing this one with us. It reads like a good contender for the contest to me. Way to go. Sara K

thanks, Duke. I do not believe we can have peace on earth in all places at the same time, but it's nice to imagine it.
