Landlord-Tenant Relationship Protection Available Help Hot-Lines

Landlord-Tenant Relationship Protection: Available Help Hot-Lines! Greetings everyone and I pray that each of you will overcome this coronavirus pandemic, which has impacted many communities in various ways. The Census Bureau assessment paints an image that's not wonderful regarding job losses. The Small Business Administration stands ready to assist with job loss impact. One of the most damaging impacts is "Landlord-Tenant Relationships." The ban imposed on evictions and home foreclosure across Wisconsin by Governor Evers is now over. You may have the same situation in your state or jurisdiction. Recent actions have resulted in increased evictions by landlords and financial companies against residents. You may have the same actions taking place in your state or jurisdiction. A parishioner from my church was evicted by her landlord. Some of her belongings placed on the sidewalk were stolen by others. Her car was also stolen and reported to the police. I found out that her late husband and I served in the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell (Band of Brothers with a Rendouvous for Destiny). He was a Vietnam veteran who served America faithfully, courageously, and honorably. A mediation session could have resolved this situation equitably instead of friction and anger between both parties, and a police complaint filed for theft. With the severe drop in cold temperature, my petition today is to help the widows, orphans, weak, sick, and distressed. If you reside in Wisconsin and find yourself involved in a landlord-tenant conflict and need help, please contact one of the following agencies for assistance. The names of places to help may be similar in other states or jurisdictions. Please don't wait until the last minute for a landlord to file an eviction action. They may also exist in your state or jurisdiction under a similar name. Call each of them until you find one that will help you resolve the situation experiencing. Winter is coming, and no one should be left out in the blizzard and cold icy winter weather to suffer from agony. There are also meditation centers nationwide to help landlords and tenants reach a common ground and avoid peaceful living disruption. Don't hesitate to contact one! The year 2020 is ending with a vaccine to be administered during the Christmas season in many places. The impact of coronavirus has reduced the flu epidemic by approximately 80% because of hygiene enhanced practices. Let's keep the positive actions going and not slow down the sunshine's inspiration behind every dark cloud, and a light at the end of the tunnel. Please look ahead and turn the curb with inspirational upliftment. My God continue to uplift each of you and your loved one with His riches, grace, and blessing always! Have a fantastic day, don't forget to pray, stay inspired, ingenious, continue defeating coronavirus, be mindful, and enlightened with God's richest grace and blessings always. Sad that some people ended up not being able to work and are in dire straights. It is good that you put the information out there for people who might need it. In Georgia, DFAC(Department Of Family And Children Services) usually has information like that available for those who might need it. All one has to do is call or go by and pick up the information and if they don't have it then they will point a person in the correct direction to get the help. Sara

This was such an inspirational read, Joseph, and though I don't live in Wisconsin, the information you provided was certainly useful and informative. God bless you for your help and prayers for all those who have been negatively effected by this horrible disease. I am not a member of the soup this year as I could not afford to join but I did check in today to see what's going on and saw that you had left me a very nice comment on my poem, "Americans". Thank you so much. It was very encouraging. By-the-way, speaking of rent etc. have you sent the documentary series called "Dirty Money" on YouTube? If not, watch the 1st one. It is about Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, who is a real estate company owner. You'll like it, I guarantee!!!

This is good info for those who are suffering for evictions and I know you are a compassionate person, but I wish you would take a look on youtube at the Iconic podcast entitled "Monologue 2" This man speaks the truth of what is going on in the world right now. (this info can't be placed on FB because they are censoring all the videos of good people that are trying to bring truth to light. Our freedoms are fleeing us. Such a sad world)
