Knowing My Worth

I’m not who I used to be I’m stronger than a million moons My faith flows through me like the sea My mind is clear My heart is at peace The Lord has been testing me Testing my strength by threatening to take my Most precious gifts away from me I understand now I have to appreciate what he has blessed me with I lost sight of a lot of things Worrying and crying wondering what it all means All I had to do was give it to God And know that everything would be fine He has taught me so much in so little time The blessings I have are not to be taken for granted I had a lot of growing up to do and healing on the inside I had to learn that it’s ok to swallow my pride God shows you things in ways that will shock you in to reality He will test your faith and your mentality I’m more positive now and most definitely grateful I can feel me changing for the better I’m growing more and more each day I thank him with all my heart for helping me find my way Everything I ever wanted was right in from of me all along I have faith, so I focus more on what’s right in my life Instead of the wrong I am strong, I am blessed, I am favored and I am loved I give all thanks to the amazing man up above.
