Kiss of Heaven

I always thought You were an angel in disguise Perhaps it was the light in your eyes Or that innocent cherubic grin That made my heart go for a spin Perhaps the beauty in your face Or your other worldy grace What was it that gave you away You ask of me on this day It was...your kiss! When your lips closed over mine I sensed something divine Enveloped in heaven’s embrace I took a peek at your face Thinking you’d disappear And leave without a trace Wing your way back home And leave me heartless and alone But you’re here You’re here In my arms Your kiss of heaven… My forever charm Eileen Manassian Ghali
