Keys To My Heart
Life wouldn't be the same with out Mugs sleeping on my feet,
I lay all awkward and half the time and I can barely sleep.
Life wouldn't be the same without my bear's fur all over,
Yes I'd vacuum less, but can't live without my lover.
Life wouldn't be the same without my sweetheart's laugh,
For he is my one and only special second half.
And life wouldn't be the same without my baby's smiley face,
Her laughter, touch, and a tiny cup of grace.
When you look through the window and into our home,
You'd see no matter what, we are never alone.
Four pets, a daughter, and a couple so in love,
these precious things can only be from the Lord up above.
It started out small, grew and ended on my knees,
I guess God gave my heart a lock, and they are the keys.
