Keep Young At Heart

Age just a state of mind At least that's what I find Age it does not belie It's not something you can hide Whereas showing how you you feel relies On others having to look deeper to find It dwelling within my heart and soul I always laugh about being old To me this is the strangest thing Because my heart sings with young feelings And on my grave I will be dancing So go mourning when I dies Don't feel sad or even cry because although the physical me may end My conscious being will live on forever through a thousand lifetimes.

Our soul is ageless but our body isn’t. There is the conflict. It’s all perspective as old people don’t seem so old the older you get. What a paradox! :)
