Susan, I have struggled with this all my life, as did my mother. Now my son! Maybe it's hereditary, or perhaps it just comes with certain personality types. My sister falls asleep the second her head touches the pillow, lucky her. Wonderful writing here ~ John

Busy with thoughs all day, design and plan. Then come night time with its unbidden thoughts. Suppressing thoughts are like bobbing corks in an tumultuous ocean for me. Great write, Susan :))

'The thinking demon' - something so sinister in that, very astute on how medication can not stop the obsessive track of our minds~
