Tears, softly falling, Grieving for the dreams, Beyond knowing, Dreams, silent, growing, Within the spirit, Where Jesus love is flowing, In frequent gestures, Wise and everlasting, Stirring the light that lives, Because His love restores, His grace, in a moment, Brings more joy than a heart, Can measure, More wonder inside, Only the soul can’t explain, Hues of light, falling Glistening in the eyes, Tears, soft and innocent, Reflecting all the gentleness, His peace whispering, Through the spirit, intimate Melodies, playing quietly, In the breathless prayers, Prayed by hearts who believe, He is the answer, He is the key – the remedy, Surely we can see… Tears, caught up in the notes, A fearless moment, A message, a song – poetry Glorifying this love He is God – He is love, He is the One Who silences the dark, Soothes the thunder, Calms the storms of life, With colors of a heart, a soul, Colors, tender and bold, Trembling through the moments, Embracing every yearning, Breaking through the doubts, Hastening to bring light, To the bleakest night, Blessings, blessing In ways I can’t say – blending, With the light to create An echo of love, Healing from above, Erasing the needless clouds, Sharpening the skies Distant blues, azure, cerulean Tones of a feeling, Jesus’ love, revealing. Tears, dewlike musings, Tempting the heart, Breaking through the dark, Harmony, in measures, Serenity swaying, Dancing through the boughs, In oaks and maples, Strong limbs to capture, Feathered prayers, creatures Rare words, adoring Convincing the light of our souls, His love has brought us hope, His light shines on, His love is a glorious joy, Freeing us from pain, Captivating, even the twilight, With the promise, When death brings its shadows, He is there, radiating, The promise, the hope, the moment As time fades quietly, His love encloses our spirit, With peace that is beyond description, Peace and love, sent from above, To carry us home, where we’re known, As His children, His chosen ones, Beloved and overcome with exultation, Wonder, amazement – He forgave us, He saved us… And, now, eternally, we’ll praise Him. Tears, gleaming and glad, Captivated – did we even know what we had? He is light. He is love. He is all knowing. He is all good… Can our hearts, our souls, Ever recognize His worth? Can we ever praise Him in ways, That acknowledge His wonderous love? Can we know the meaning of worship, More powerful than any emotion – Adoration, more alive than any blessing, Devotion, more beautiful than any hope, Trembling, inside we know, We’ve been given the most valuable reward, We’ll abide in His presence, Throughout eternity, forever… His, forever His, forever His. Tears, never more powerful than the ones, Wiped away, when we finally meet Him, And realize He is our reason. He is our cause. He is our intention. And, He is our God… tears, Softly falling, Washed away by grace, knowing heaven’s wonder, The most magnificent truth… With Him, we’re made like Him, And love erases every sin, Stirs light that reflects the glistening, As we reflect His compassion, Abide inside His light, Forever, and always, enjoy, Love that just keeps on flowing, Love which is our whole reason for life!

Hi Gina, when you begin singing of God's glory, you grow so eloquent! God is love incarnate and we are saved by his forgiving mercy though we are sinners. God is love – "poetry glorifies this love. He is God – He is love, He is the One Who silences the dark, Soothes the thunder, Calms the storms of life, With colors of a heart, a soul," I have experienced this love and wish to be blanketed by this love. Beautiful poem dear Gina !
