Just Be

We all need silly Moments in life... Moments to cool off To not think To not worry Just to Be... Just to unwind... Just to let all problems go And feel free... Spread your wings And soar above all That have hold you down Above all That made you feel bad That made you feel less That made you feel sad Just turn your thoughts to light And become all that you can be Allow yourself to see how amazing and strong you are And how far you can go... Allow yourself to just breathe... To just feel... Very uplifting and encouraging and so very true. I find those silly moments often and you should see the looks of those around me when I do. :) Really nice Claudia.
