Judge Us Lord

Judge us Lord, in unequal measures weight not all our unnumbered sins. Our offences lying unjustified as our private eternity ends. Tip the scale in mankind’s favor with love and blessing You bestow. In our great trials, be our defender keep us Lord, in divine control. Extol the souls that came before us in their reverance of your law. As celestial routes of time have tested, as the tested below veneration fall. All but one has fallen short yet, each one has heard Your name. Blind your eyes to our shortcomings, uncritical words, be it our shame. Amen to this our cherished memories for the destiny of each reverent soul will be to rest in eternal slumber with God’s love to make us whole.
