she was dressed in pink excited people lined streets red roses she held a senseless act took a life his demise a nation mourned 2/24/2016 A fragment of his life he did great things. John F. thank you so much, Vera, for the visit of my poem of our very late president. A day that I was very saddened to her of his passing. I was very young of course , but the impact of the way he died and how our first lady reacted really stayed on my mind.
