Jesus Please Take Away My Sin

Jesus, Please Take Away My Sin! Jesus, there’s a sin that I keep holding on to. I come to you now, because I ought to! There’s no pretending with you... I already know it! You haven’t been my first love, and I’ve “blown it!” Rather than loving you first, my heart is divided. I’ve neglected the direction that you provided! My life has been on a downward slippery slope. I’ve lost all victory and a reason for hope! I invite you now, to please come and help me. I ask that you’ll touch my life and forgive me! Please come, and by your shed blood, rescue me. I need your help, because this sin has a hold of me! I thank you my lord, for listening to me! I can feel your love flowing through me! Because of you, my past is now washed away. You’ve given me hope to make it through today! May my life bring worship and honor to you. As a small way of saying how much I love you! You are much more that I could have dreamed of!
