Jealous
He walks in the room like he owns the place.
Doting on his youngest daughter because she won't give him the time of day.
Ignoring me even though I act with the polite face.
As the daddy's girl, I listen when he says he cares, only to see him sway the other way!
He used to speak of mighty ships upon the golden sea,
But he can't watch the girl grow up so now he's not really proud of me.
Just because I wasn't lazy like he! He has now forgotten of me
Only pretending he cares, his words are now empty.
