Jawbone of An Ass

Samson slew a thousand men with the jawbone of an ass! The Lord said, "You done good, boy! You've got a lot of brass!" "Thank you, Lord!", as he surveyed the carnage he did that day. Nice educational biblical Clerihew, Bob...the story is vaguely familiar to me...now u know I am gonna be the technical person that u know me to be and ask for the scrip ref for the story...when I read the Bible I see kazillions of examples of regular people doing extraordinary feats with the help of our God...it levels the playing field and inspires me...great posting, Bob! gwendolen
