I'Ve Got To Stop This!
My life is out of control
anxiety creeps through my guts
my teeth grit on their own
heat flashes up my spine
I see it, I feel it
though there is nothing
I can do to stop it
that I can think of
I want so much
to be in control
but there is nothing
I can grasp onto
Nothing within my cells
that I can find
which will stop all this
as it just carries on!
It's like a fire burning
with no water to put it out
it rages on through my forest
aiming for my house
There seems to be no way to evacuate!
