It's Much Too Gingoistic
From the "big bang" to the amoeba,
what a great surprise:
From single cell to multi-cell,
wow! - what a leap in size.
Invertibrate on to vertibrate,
amazing was the jump.
LOOK - part jellyfish, part bird,
all in one juicy lump.
Here come the happy simians,
they're a-changing all the time:
miracle upon miracle -
the ascent from primordial slime.
What makes this tale conceivable?-
Well, the evolutionist stands aloof,
and if you just have "faith" enough,
you have no need of proof.
After all, we'd be jingoistic
to give creation the nod.
It's much to simplistic
to say: " In the beginning God."

Rom:22&23 "Professing themselves wise,
they became fools and changed the glory of
the incorruptible God into an image made like
to corruptible man, and to birds, and four
footed beasts, and creeping things."
