It's Me
Who are you
You
Not me
Only me could be strong enough
To prevail my defeats
Not you
Could understand
The transcendence behind this imperfection
What you see
Doesn't tell my tale
Mine
That has gone by
My strives
Understand the darkness
That haunts
Me
Because of me
My lack of understanding
Not yours
To question
Who I am
What I can
Who are you
Here
Near
Let me hear
Your crusades
Where I say
That is you
Not me
Better or worse
No judgement follows that curse
That's just me
We all lurch
In what we don't know
We put first
What we don't show
It's what makes you you
And me me
What I see
You don't
It's what defines contrary
In humanity
Don't ask to tell my tale
Who are you
To tell
In my story there's only one
And it's me
